In the village of Gagarin, which is part of the Ayil district of Jibek-Jolu in the Alay region of the Osh region, a budget of 4 million 976 thousand 567 soms is planned for the capital repair of the primary school named after Satara Kariyev.

The funding application was submitted by the leadership of the Ayil Okmotu of Jibek-Jolu with the aim of attracting shared (stimulating) grants.

According to data presented on the "Open Budget" portal, the own funds amount to 746 thousand 485 soms, which is 15% of the total amount, while the need for a shared grant is estimated at 4 million 230 thousand 82 soms.

Description of the problem:

“The school building is in very poor condition—it was built in 1992. The internal and external walls have deteriorated, and the plaster has begun to crumble in many places. The old wiring heats up under load, creating a fire risk. The door frames also need to be replaced—doors do not close properly, creating gaps. In winter, there are drafts in the rooms, which disrupts the temperature regime. The ceilings are not insulated, corners are crumbling, and the roofing is damaged, causing leaks during rain. There are also many cracks in the floors.”
