As of today, taxpayers have the option to choose how to indicate the service charge:
- as a separate line marked "service";
- by including a markup on dishes or services, which is also considered part of the service charge.
In another café, the same dish may be listed for 550 soms, where the service charge is already included in this amount. In this case, the receipt displays the price of the dish and the markup in one line.
It should be noted that changes in prices applied by taxpayers are not related to the introduction of fiscal software. The fiscal software system merely records the transactions carried out and ensures their correct representation in the accounting system.
