Sadyr Japarov Will Go to Pakistan

According to information provided by the president's office, Sadyr Japarov will make his visit on December 3 and 4 at the invitation of Pakistan's Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif.

The head of the foreign policy department of the president's administration, Sagynbek Abdumutalip, reported that during the visit, bilateral negotiations are planned between Japarov and several high-ranking Pakistani officials, including the Prime Minister, President Asif Ali Zardari, Speaker of the National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, and Chairman of the Senate Yusuf Raza Gilani.

During the negotiations, the parties will discuss important issues of bilateral cooperation in various key areas of mutual interest, as well as explore ways to further develop Kyrgyz-Pakistani relations.

In addition, a Kyrgyz-Pakistani business forum is planned, as noted by Abdumutalip.

Note Diplomatic relations between Kyrgyzstan and Pakistan were established on May 10, 1992. The last official visit of the President of Kyrgyzstan to this country took place in 2005.

The countries cooperate within international organizations such as the United Nations, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, and the Economic Cooperation Organization.
