From January to September, the volume of agricultural product shipments from Russia to EAEU countries amounted to approximately $6.2 billion, which is 17% higher compared to the same period last year.
The structure of imports of Russian agricultural products is as follows:
- Belarus — 45% of the total volume
- Kazakhstan — 42%
- Kyrgyzstan — 7%
- Armenia — 5%
It is noted that Kyrgyzstan ranks third among the countries importing agricultural products from Russia. The main purchased goods include sunflower oil, chocolate and flour confectionery, wheat, sugar, and poultry meat, the center reports.
Additionally, exports to Kyrgyzstan during the specified period exceeded $460 million, which corresponds to a growth of 14%.
