According to the Ministry of Finance, the project is being implemented in accordance with the anti-crisis action plan developed by the Cabinet of Ministers, aimed at supporting small and medium enterprises in the context of economic difficulties.
The initiative was launched on March 31, 2021, in the Kyrgyz Republic and is financed by the World Bank along with the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank.
As of December 1, 2025, the total amount of issued interest-free loans reached 9 billion 486 million 265 thousand 306 soms since the start of the project.
Financial support has been provided to 11,896 entrepreneurs.
- In the first category (up to 1 million soms), loans were issued to 9,675 entrepreneurs for a total amount of 5 billion 775 million 222 thousand 424 soms.
- In the second category (up to 3 million soms), 2,194 entrepreneurs received loans totaling 3 billion 711 million 42 thousand 882 soms.
