Since August 8, 2012, in honor of the celebration of the Independence Day of the Kyrgyz Republic, the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic has issued a gold coin with a denomination of 100 som and a silver coin with a denomination of 10 som, dedicated to the 200th anniversary of Kurmanjan Datka.

The main design of the gold coin "200 Years of Kurmanjan Datka" features a portrait of Kurmanjan Datka against a background of national ornamentation, the inscription "Kurmanjan Datka," and the dates of her life. The face side of the coin also indicates the denomination (100 som), the fineness, and the weight of the metal (Au 999, 7.78 g). The reverse side of the coin displays the state emblem of the Kyrgyz Republic, the name of the coin "Kurmanjan Datkaga 200 yıl" in Kyrgyz, stylized flowers, and the year of issue (2012).

On the silver coin "200 Years of Kurmanjan Datka", there is a portrait of Kurmanjan Datka framed by national ornamentation, with the inscription "Kurmanjan Datka" and the dates of her life. A distinctive feature of this coin is the inlay of two Swarovski crystals that adorn the coin. The face side of the coin also indicates the denomination (10 som), the fineness, and the weight of the metal (Ag 925, 28.28 g). The reverse side of the coin features a stylized image of Kurmanjan Datka riding a horse against the backdrop of the sacred Suleiman Mountain, the name of the coin "Kurmanjan Datkaga 200 yıl" in Kyrgyz, the state emblem of the Kyrgyz Republic, and the year of issue (2012).

Since August 15, 2011, the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic has issued four types of collectible coins: silver coins with a denomination of 10 som "Sovereign Kyrgyzstan," "Peak Victory," and copper-nickel coins with a denomination of 1 som "Peak Victory" and "Peak Khan-Tengri."

The main design of the silver coin "Sovereign Kyrgyzstan" features state symbols. In the foreground of the face side, there is an image of the national flag made of red jewelry enamel and high-quality gold, against the backdrop of a map of Kyrgyzstan, with the hero of the national epic Manas riding a horse. The left side of the coin indicates the fineness and weight of the metal (Ag 925/28.28), while the right side shows the denomination of the coin. The reverse side of the coin displays the image of the state emblem of the Kyrgyz Republic and the year of issue (2011).

On the face side of the silver coin "Peak Victory", there is an image of Peak Victory – the northernmost seven-thousander in the world. The left side of the coin indicates the fineness and weight of the metal (Ag 925/28.28), while the lower part shows the denomination of the coin. The reverse side of the coin features an image of the emblem of the Kyrgyz Republic and the year of issue (2011).

Gold and silver coins have the highest international quality "proof." Each gold and silver coin is placed in an acrylic capsule and packaged in individual boxes with a certificate attached.

The designs of the copper-nickel coins with a denomination of 1 som "Peak Victory" and "Peak Khan-Tengri" are the same as the designs of the corresponding silver coins with a denomination of 10 som.

Copper-nickel coins have an international quality of "brilliant uncirculated." Each copper-nickel coin is placed in an acrylic capsule.
