At the meeting of the permanent commission on economy, budget, finance, and investments on February 9, deputy of the Bishkek City Council Erjan Nasiraliyev ("Adilet") stated that there are 4,500 students registered at school No. 84, with a designed capacity of 900 places.

He also noted that he raised this issue last year, adding that there is a vacant plot suitable for building a new school.

In turn, the vice-mayor of the capital, Azamat Kadyrov, reported that all children living in the Ak-Ordo new residential area are studying at school No. 84. To address the educational issue in the Aala-Too new residential area, the Ministry of Construction is completing the construction of one school and plans to start building two more.

Kadyrov acknowledged that the lack of educational institutions is a serious problem, as the burden on existing schools is high, and the city's population continues to grow. He mentioned that an analysis was conducted together with the Department of Education and local administrations to identify areas where new schools need to be built. The vice-mayor is confident that new construction in Aala-Too and Ak-Ordo-3 will "reduce the load on school No. 84."
