Compared to the same period in 2024, revenues from vehicle registration increased by 3 billion 50 million soms.
It is important to note that during the first ten months of 2024, there was a decrease in revenues from vehicle registration fees, which was associated with new rules introduced in Russia for calculating the recycling fee on vehicles imported from EAEU countries. According to forecasts from the Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development, the increase in the recycling fee in Russia was expected to negatively impact budget revenues in Kyrgyzstan.
