On the third day of the "AgroDialogue-2026" forum, organized by the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry, Minister Bakyt Torobaev held a meeting with representatives of the processing industry, among whom were companies that have achieved significant success.
Processors shared their successes and emphasized the importance of storage and freezing technologies as key elements in the processing process.
The event featured presentations from the companies "Snegovik" and "Turan Group," which presented various approaches to freezing. In particular, the acoustic freezing method was discussed in detail, which allows for the preservation of high quality of fruits and berries without any losses.
