As part of these decisions, vacant mandates were transferred to the following candidates:
- In the Aitmatov district of the Talas region, the powers of deputy Ramila Sulaymanovich Abdieva of the Amanbaev rural kenesh (district No. 1 Kara-Sai) were terminated at his personal request. The mandate was transferred to Urmatbek Anarkulovich Sydykbekov, who came in second in the number of votes from voters.
- In the Tokmok city kenesh of the Chui region, a similar decision was made regarding Janara Mederbekovna Sakkaeva (the "El Birimdigi" faction). The vacant mandate was transferred to Altynai Kadyrbekovna Mambetjanova, the next candidate from her party's list.
- In the Moscow district of the Chui region, the powers of Izat Zamirbekovich Bolzhokeev, a deputy of the Ming-Bulak rural kenesh (district No. 8), were also concluded at his request. His place was taken by Sergey Ivanovich Glushchenko, who received the highest number of votes among the candidates.
- In the Jalal-Abad region, the powers of Zilola Abdujalilovna Yuldasheva, a deputy of the Manas city kenesh (the "Adilet" faction), were terminated at her personal request. The vacant mandate was transferred to Begimai Borubaevna Borubaeva, the next candidate from her party.
- In the Suzak district, also in the Jalal-Abad region, the powers of deputy Marlen Erkimbaevich Abdiraymov of the Kok-Jangak city kenesh (the "Zhanı Kyrgyzstan" faction) were terminated at his personal request. The vacant mandate was transferred to Altynbek Alibekovich Mamaykulov, the next candidate from his party.
- In the Naryn region, deputies Samatbek Salamatovich Akmatov from the Jan-Bulak rural kenesh (district No. 1) and Asylbek Asanturovich Mamyrbekov from the Chet-Nurinsky rural kenesh (district No. 2) concluded their powers at their personal requests. Their places were taken by Bolotbek Ryskulovich Ormokeev and Esenbek Stalbek uulu, respectively.
- In the Kochkor district of the Naryn region, the powers of Talaybek Zheinbek uulu, a deputy of the Kum-Dobon rural kenesh (district No. 1 Kara-Tuu-Arsy), were also concluded at his request. The vacant mandate was transferred to Kumarbek Kubatovich Kapesov, who received the highest number of votes from voters.
