On December 6, 2025, the first chess tournament will take place at the M.V. Frunze Memorial House-Museum, dedicated to the centenary of the institution's founding.
According to information provided by the Ministry of Culture of the Kyrgyz Republic, this tournament will be part of the anniversary events honoring the memory of the outstanding statesman M.V. Frunze.
Participants will include students from the Children's Chess Center named after Tilenbaeva. The event also aims to support intellectual traditions between generations and to discover new talents.
The tournament will feature chess matches, museum tours, and an opportunity to view a unique collection of chess artifacts gathered by the family of Vasily Frunze.
The organizers invite everyone to come and support the tournament participants.
The tournament is scheduled to begin at 14:00.
