The voting in the elections held outside the country has been successfully completed. There was a high level of citizen engagement in this process, making it one of the most productive in terms of both the number of participants and the number of polling stations (PECs) opened. According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, a record number of 100 polling stations were opened in 89 cities across 34 countries.
The total number of citizens of Kyrgyzstan who participated in voting abroad was 26,066, significantly exceeding the number of voters in the previous elections in 2021 (9,826 people).
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasizes that the voting procedure was conducted in accordance with the current legislation and in a calm atmosphere. Citizens demonstrated a high degree of active participation, exercising their constitutional right to vote outside the country.
