During the elections held across the country, 2,492 polling stations were operational, 27 of which were designated for remote voting, as well as 100 stations located outside of Kyrgyzstan.

For the first time in the country's history, remote voting was used in the elections, allowing citizens to participate in the process without prior applications. The Chairman of the Central Election Commission of the Kyrgyz Republic, T. Shainazarov, noted that this is an important step towards improving the accessibility and transparency of elections.

The remote polling stations were located in areas with a high concentration of people, such as markets, shopping centers, and medical institutions, as well as in remote regions, including sites like Kumtor and Kara-Keche.

The head of the Central Election Commission reported that voters who are traveling or at work can take advantage of this opportunity to vote. He also noted that the stations abroad opened first in the Far East of Russia, with a time difference of 4 to 6 hours.

In East Asian countries such as Japan and the Republic of Korea, voting began with a time difference of 2-3 hours, while in North America it started 11 to 14 hours later compared to Bishkek.

The total number of citizens included in the voter list amounted to 4,294,243 people.

On the eve of the elections, on November 29, outdoor voting was organized for those who, due to health reasons or other circumstances, could not come to the polling station. According to T. Shainazarov, 10,335 applications were received by 1,332 precinct election commissions, and 9,318 voters were able to vote outside the polling stations.

T. Shainazarov also reported that among the 460 candidates participating in the elections, 271 are men and 189 are women, representing 30 multi-mandate electoral districts.
