The traditional football tournament "Muras" took place in Bishkek, with the participation of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Sadyr Japarov. He emphasized the importance of these competitions as an integral part of the country's social life.
The head of state noted that the first tournament was held in 2021, dedicated to the centenary of Kyrgyz football, and at that time six teams participated. This year, the number of participants has increased to 16.
The main goal of the tournament is to promote an active lifestyle, engage citizens in sports, and strengthen cohesion among various government institutions.
The "Aymaktlar" team became the tournament winner, receiving a prize of 400,000 soms. The "President's Team" took second place with a prize of 300,000 soms, while the "Den Sooluk" team secured third place, receiving 200,000 soms.
According to the tournament results, the best player was recognized as Erik Moldokulov from the "Iyiman" team, the top scorer was Nurlan Turusbekov ("Den Sooluk"), and Nurbek Alimov from "Aymaktlar" was named the best goalkeeper.
