The event took place at the "Song-Kul" cinema on the initiative of the Jumgal district cultural department with the support of the district state administration. Eight pairs participated in the competition, and the number of spectators exceeded 250 people.
Participants included representatives from various fields and institutions in the Jumgal district. Among them were leaders and employees of cultural houses, teachers from general education schools and children's art schools, workers from electric network enterprises and the district tax service, representatives from law enforcement agencies, employees of the water management department, medical workers, as well as representatives from the banking sector. Actors and choreographers from cultural institutions also participated in the competition.
According to the competition rules, in each pair, one participant represented the cultural sector, while the other was a leader or responsible employee of an institution. The competition program included a greeting and a video clip, followed by participants performing duet songs live, after which two pairs simultaneously presented a dance number.
According to the jury's decision:
1st place was awarded to Emil Moldobaev and Ryspai kyzy Baktygul — they received diplomas, gifts, and a cash prize of 30,000 soms.
2nd place was awarded to Urmat Shaabaev and Cholpon Talantbekova — 20,000 soms, diplomas, and gifts.
3rd place was taken by Azis Aaliev and Saltanat Sultanova — 10,000 soms, diplomas, and gifts.
