According to the citizen, the sidewalk along Deng Xiaoping Avenue between Patrice Lumumba Street and Kainazarova Street is blocked by cars.
He expressed a request: "I ask for help in restoring order and punishing such behavior of drivers. However, unfortunately, the city administration itself creates conditions for this. There are no bridges over the irrigation ditch and no barriers. The bike path and sidewalk were built with residents' money, but unfortunately, machinery is destroying them, and the Lenin District Administration is not taking any action."
