One resident, who has lived in the area for about 15 years, noted that during all this time, no significant improvements have occurred. The only change has been the construction of a sewage system; however, after the work was completed, the condition of the road, in the opinion of locals, has only worsened.
Residents are appealing to city services to take measures to improve the situation, emphasizing that many people live on the street, and the existing conditions create serious difficulties in their daily lives.
