On December 11, during his visit, he familiarized himself with the living conditions in the villages of Razzakov and Maksat, where new houses and infrastructure facilities are being built. Local officials attempted to limit residents' communication with him, which caused his displeasure.
After some time, residents were able to approach Tashiev. "Now I see that this is the people. And the officials tried to hold the meeting in a formal manner," he noted.
Tashiev urged people to openly share their problems without fearing local authorities. One resident shared that he moved to this village with his family in 1995 to strengthen the borders in border areas. As a result of a conflict with the Tajik side, his house burned down, and during the reconstruction of housing, his house was built while his sons were left without shelter. Residents also raised the issue of a lack of school transport for children, although such promises had been made earlier.
In response to the raised issues, Tashiev instructed officials to address their resolution.
