Akira Montague, residing in the USA, has been awarded $1.75 million in compensation following a legal dispute with her husband's mistress, Brenna Kennard. The lawsuit was filed in May 2024, and the jury confirmed the plaintiff's claims, as reported by People.

Initially, Akira demanded $3.5 million, claiming that Kennard played a key role in the destruction of her marriage to Timothy Montague. The woman accused the mistress of deliberately pushing for a divorce, engaging in illegal activities, and having an intimate relationship with her husband. It should be noted that such lawsuits are permitted only in certain states, including North Carolina.

Brenna Kennard has over three million followers on TikTok, and the lawsuit stated that she posted materials with Timothy before the official divorce, often without Akira's knowledge. The plaintiff also indicated that Kennard shared photos of their children and attempted to justify her relationship with Timothy during her live streams.

During the court hearings, Timothy claimed that his marriage to Akira had become merely a formality and that he no longer felt love for her, adding that they had separated back in 2021. In response, Akira stated that they continued to have a relationship and that he visited her on weekends. Kennard, on the other hand, asserted that the marriage had been deteriorating for a long time and that she was not the cause of its breakdown.

The court's decision came as a surprise to Timothy and Brenna, eliciting strong emotions. Akira's attorney emphasized that this lawsuit is not a local matter but aimed at holding someone accountable. He added that Kennard's actions not only drove her husband away from her but also caused serious psychological harm to their children.
