According to Toktobekova, Nyshanov was detained on October 18 based on materials provided by one of the bloggers. He is accused of "receiving money using Tashiev's name."
Asema explained that the detention is related to a fraud case that occurred two years ago. At that time, the victims filed a complaint with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, claiming they lost 9 million soms due to fraudsters. However, the case was not considered, and two years later, they again approached the GKNB, mentioning her husband in their complaint, alleging that he received money while using Tashiev's name.
Toktobekova noted: "If Akjol were truly involved in the crime, he should have been summoned for questioning two years ago when the first complaint was filed. The accusation that he used the names of Tashiev and the president was added merely for pressure and extorting money. We have no evidence—neither audio, nor video, nor witnesses. The victims do not know either me or my husband," she added.
She also reported that on November 18, the court extended Nyshanov's detention for two months, prompting her to reach out to Tashiev for help.
Asema concluded: "Dear Kamchybek Kydyrshaevich, I believe in your ability to fairly consider this case. If my husband is truly guilty, he should be punished. But I am confident that he is not involved in this case and has never used your name. We work for the good of our family. The children are in Moscow, and I am in Bishkek, and we cannot be together. My husband was our support. I hope you will take control of this case and conduct an impartial investigation so that an innocent person does not suffer punishment," she concluded.
