As a result of heavy snowfall, the roads have not been cleared, leading to the cancellation of public transport routes that used to take children to the educational institution located four kilometers from the settlement. Returning home late in the evening, the children find it difficult to manage such a distance.
“They come home at eight or nine o'clock, and it's dark outside. They have to walk past the cemetery, where jackals can often be encountered. We are worried about the safety of our children,” local residents share their worries.
Addressing the authorities, they are asking to resolve the transportation issue.
In the officials' response, it is reported that one small and one medium bus have been launched for transporting students from the village of Chech-Dobo to Ozgorush. However, on December 22, due to heavy snowfall, the buses could not operate throughout the day, as the road is under the jurisdiction of the rural administration. Currently, the transportation of students is being carried out regularly and without delays.
