In addition to the FSH, 5 new state agricultural support programs will launch in 2026, - Ministry of Agriculture
Among these programs, special attention will be paid to cluster financing, which has been in operation since 2022. About 4 billion soms are planned to be allocated for it.
Duyshiev noted that approximately 1 billion soms will be directed towards supporting united producers. The main goal of this initiative is to promote the creation of cooperatives and the unification of farmers. Loans will be provided at an annual interest rate of 6% and will cover areas such as crop production, animal husbandry, and water-saving technologies.
Funding will also continue for programs related to breeding livestock, which started in 2025, as well as support for seed-growing and nursery farms, which have been allocated between 100 to 150 million soms.
The Deputy Minister emphasized that the requirements for obtaining preferential loans under the FSC program have become simpler. Now, the minimum conditions include having land—both owned and leased—to obtain loans in the field of crop production. Recipients must provide a report on expenses within two months, and the bank has the right to conduct an audit within three months.
A similar process will be applied in the field of animal husbandry: a farmer submits an application for the purchase of livestock, then provides the necessary documents and contracts, after which the bank monitors the targeted use of funds.
