During the discussion of the draft law, the Chairman of the Accounts Chamber, Almazbek Akmatov, emphasized that the purpose of the document is to comply with international standards for external state audit (INTOSAI). One of the key proposals is to reduce the number of auditors from nine to three, which implies establishing a staff of three auditors, including the chairman, as well as the apparatus and territorial divisions of the Accounts Chamber.

Additionally, during the meeting, the deputies also reviewed the draft law "On Amendments to the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic on Offenses" and adopted it in the first reading.

The initiator of this draft law was the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers. The Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce, Sultan Akmatov, noted that the halal industry in Kyrgyzstan is actively developing, and the number of enterprises in this sector is increasing every year. He emphasized the need to strengthen control and establish clear legal norms for regulating the halal industry, which is driven by the growing demand for halal products and services, as well as the need to protect consumer rights and maintain fair competition.
