In his message, Turgunbek uulu stated that recent events in politics have become a source of numerous unfounded rumors about his activities.
“During the month of Orozo, Muslims should not spread unverified information and slander. Frankly speaking, my health has deteriorated recently, and I have been undergoing treatment. This is known to everyone who communicates closely with me. Therefore, I have decided to leave politics, focus on my health and personal matters, and also resign my deputy mandate,” the politician added.
Turgunbek uulu expressed his gratitude to the voters for their trust and asked for forgiveness for his early resignation from office.
“I take this as an opportunity to note that during my leadership of the Jogorku Kenesh, important initiatives were proposed and significant laws were adopted, although not all of them were positively received by society,” he noted.
“Every word I spoke and every decision I made was dictated not by personal interests, but by concern for the state, the people, and future generations,” he concluded.
