From May 16 to May 23, 2026, the National Testing (ORT) will take place. Registration for participants is already open and will last from February 17 to April 2. This was announced at a press conference organized by the "Kabar" agency, where the director of the Center for Educational Assessment and Learning Methods, Chynara Batrakeeva, highlighted the innovations of the current year and the registration process.
Among the key changes is the mandatory passing of the ORT for all applicants wishing to enroll in secondary vocational education institutions, both on a grant and contract basis.
Since 2021, registration for testing has been conducted online. Previously, students logged into the system using a username and password provided by teachers. Now they can register through the "E-kündölük" platform. Graduates from previous years, who used to contact education departments, can now go through the registration process via the "Tündük" system on the center's website after identification. Detailed instructions for this process are available on the website.
To ensure registration opportunities for all interested, the previous method of registration has also been retained.
The fee for taking the ORT will be 470 soms for the main and subject tests, this amount remains unchanged. Additionally, starting in 2024, in accordance with legislation, a test in the state language will be introduced, which previously cost 200 soms and has now been increased to 470 soms due to inflation. Payment for tests has now become more convenient — it can be made through a single QR code using any electronic wallets, unlike previous restrictions.
To successfully register, the following conditions must be met:
- possession of the original passport;
- uploading a color photo that meets the established requirements;
- payment of the registration fee via a single QR code;
- graduates must have their certificate or diploma of secondary education with them.
“We emphasize that it is necessary to have the original passport, not its version in the "Tündük" application, as mobile phones are confiscated at the testing sites,” she clarified.
