Junushaliev noted: "For a long time, there have been disputes and discussions surrounding this area. I want to reaffirm that no residential building will be constructed here. By the initiative of the city hall, a modern cultural center will be created, which will be no less important and significant than 'Chatyr-Kul'. The construction will be completed this year, provided that all building regulations are followed, and we plan to hold a grand opening in September."
The project includes a three-story building with an underground parking lot for 92 cars. The area of the land plot is 0.4 hectares, and the area of the building itself is 2,490 square meters. The new center will house a cinema with 420 seats, classrooms for music and theater training, food court areas, and an exhibition hall with 330 seats.
