She noted that during the preparation stage, working meetings were held with the Ministry of Agriculture, the State Agency for Land Resources, Cadastre, Geodesy, and Cartography under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as with representatives of FAO in Kyrgyzstan.
“All census forms have been agreed upon with the mentioned organizations and approved at the republican level. Four types of forms have been developed: for rural areas, state and collective farms, personal subsidiary farms, and summer cottages,” added Alymkulova.
She also reported that electronic applications have been created for the forms, which will contain information about the types of crops, varietal composition of agricultural plants, and breeds of livestock. This data will be transmitted to all regional statistical bodies and filled out according to established forms.
To ensure the identification of census takers, special badges will be provided, which will include a photograph, full name, and QR code.
“If citizens have doubts about a census taker, they will be able to verify the information using the QR code and confirm its authenticity,” explained the head of the apparatus.
In addition, a special logo has been developed for census takers, and an information and advertising campaign has been organized, which will include video clips to inform the public about the upcoming census.
