- During the meeting of the Committee on Agricultural Policy, Water Resources, Subsoil Use, Ecology, and Environmental Protection, held on March 16, 2026, Deputy Azizbek Tursunbaev raised the issue of building biofactories in Chui and Jalal-Abad regions, as well as their production capabilities.

On the agenda was also information on the implementation of the law "On Organic Production".

Tursunbaev noted that the speakers from the Ministry of Agriculture were not adequately prepared for the topic under discussion.

“I do not feel any interest in what you are saying. The preparation leaves much to be desired. Your responses are perceived as if you are not interested in this issue and just came here out of obligation,” he stated.

In addition, the committee reviewed the report on the implementation of the resolution of the Jogorku Kenesh "On the Environmental Action 'Green Kyrgyzstan'" dated March 17, 2022, No. 137-VII, and on preparations for 2026.
