The Minister of Digital Development and Innovative Technologies of Kyrgyzstan, Azamat Jamangulov, shared the idea of introducing a self-ban on the re-registration of real estate and other property through the mobile application "Tunduk" on the air of Birinchi Radio.

According to him, a self-ban mechanism for obtaining loans was recently implemented, allowing citizens to set restrictions on the online registration of loans in their name through the application.

Now, the possibility of introducing a similar mechanism is being considered, which will allow users to prohibit the re-registration of real estate, vehicles, and other objects, including non-commercial premises. "We plan to develop this project, as we are currently completing the digitization process of technical passports, red books, and state acts on real estate," he noted.
