The appointment took place on March 25, 2026, by the decree of the akim of the Kara-Suu district. Previously, this position was held by Zalkarbek Karimov, who now heads the Naryn district.
Sanatbek Zaripbek uulu was born on April 26, 1993, in the village of Korul, located in the Alay district of the Osh region.
Currently, he holds the qualification of a 2nd class municipal advisor.
Education
- 2019-2020 — Master's degree at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in the specialty of "Public and Municipal Administration";
- 2010-2015 — Osh Technological University named after M. Adyshev, qualification "manager" in the specialty of "Public and Municipal Administration";
- 2008-2010 — Kyrgyz-Chinese Humanities and Economic Institute.
Work Experience
Since July 29, 2025, Sanatbek has held the position of head of the municipal territorial administration "Kurmanjan-Datka" in the Osh city hall.
From 2021 to 2025, he worked as the deputy head of the same administration.
For over five years, he worked in the Youth Affairs Committee of the city of Osh, starting as a leading specialist and ending as a chief specialist (2016–2021).
From 2016 to 2021, he was also a deputy of the Korul village council.
In 2017, he worked as a specialist in the social development department of the Osh city hall.
Additionally, Sanatbek Zaripbek uulu has been included in the personnel reserve for the positions of deputy mayor of cities of district significance and head of the village government.

- Letter of gratitude from the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic (2019);
- Honorary certificates from the authorized representative of the government in the Osh region, as well as from the city hall and city council of Osh;
