According to available data, starting from September 2025, under the initiative of Ermat Jumayev, the head of the region, 18 doctors and 15 residents are actively working in the Talas region, aimed at addressing the issue of staff shortages in the healthcare sector.
To support medical workers, one of the funds has signed an agreement for monthly additional payments, and these funds are fully disbursed to specialists for each month worked.
In particular, payments for doctors vary up to 40,000 soms depending on the workload, while residents receive 12,000 soms.
At a meeting with doctors, the head of the region assured that all working specialists would receive comprehensive support. The presidential representative also stated that additional payments would continue without interruption.
