As a result of this incident, two berths and two vessels were damaged. The crews of the vessels were evacuated, and according to the operational headquarters, there were no casualties among them or onshore.

The fires at the berths covered areas from 1 to 1.5 thousand square meters. Currently, active firefighting efforts are ongoing, with emergency services working at the scene, as reported by official sources.

The day before, on December 21, the operational headquarters mentioned that debris from one of the drones damaged a pipeline at the terminal in the settlement of Volna. The area of the fire was 100 square meters, also with no casualties.

The settlement of Volna is home to the "Tamany" seaport, which is an important logistics hub in southern Russia. This port has terminals for the transshipment of petroleum products, liquefied hydrocarbon gas, ammonia, and other goods, as noted by the "Russian Service of the BBC." The port's capacity is 54,500 tons per year.

The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported that overnight, their air defense forces managed to intercept and destroy 41 Ukrainian-made drones over Russian regions, including three drones in the Krasnodar Krai.
