
In the Chuy region, police officers detained a man suspected of murder at a dacha in Kara-Balta. This information was provided by the press service of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the region.
On March 22, a report was received at the internal affairs department of the Jayil district that the body of an unknown person had been found buried at the "Southern" dacha. An investigative team immediately went to the scene.
During the investigative actions, the body of a man was discovered at a depth of approximately 15–20 cm. He was later identified as B.N., born in 1993.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 122 "Murder" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. During the investigation, it was established that on March 19, the suspect, born in 1988 and known as D.R., met three men. After using narcotic substances together, a conflict arose between them, which escalated into a fight.
According to the investigation's version, two participants in the conflict fled, while D.R. held one of the men and continued to beat him. He then took the victim to his dacha by taxi, where the violence continued. The man died from his injuries. To conceal the crime, D.R. buried the body on the property and scattered the victim's belongings in various places.
It was also revealed that the detained individual has been registered with a psychiatrist since 2014.
The suspect has been placed in a temporary detention facility, and the investigation is ongoing.
