According to police information, on March 22, 2026, a report was received at the Department of Internal Affairs of the Jayil district that a body had been found buried in the ground at the "Southern" dacha in Kara-Balta.
The investigative team arrived at the scene and discovered the body of a man buried at a depth of 15–20 centimeters. It has been established that the deceased is B.N., born in 1993.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 122 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (murder).
During the investigation, it became known that the suspect, D.R., born in 1988, met three men on March 19, with whom he subsequently used drugs. A conflict arose between them, which escalated into a fight.
According to the investigation, two men left the scene, while D.R. held the victim, beat him, and took him to his dacha by taxi. There, he continued the beating, as a result of which the victim died.
To conceal the traces of the crime, the suspect buried the body on his property and scattered the victim's personal belongings and clothing in various places.
It has also been established that D.R. has been registered with a psychiatrist since 2014.
At the moment, the suspect has been detained and placed in a temporary detention facility. The investigation is ongoing.
