According to the Department of Internal Affairs of the Osh region, on December 18, a report was received at the Kara-Suu District Department of Internal Affairs that T. M., born in 1990, sought medical assistance for injuries.The preliminary investigation established that a conflict occurred at the "Turatali" market between T. M. and M. I., born in 2004, over a parking space, which escalated into a fight. Both parties have filed complaints with the police.
Currently, forensic examinations are being conducted, witnesses are being interviewed, and physical evidence is being collected. Based on the results of the investigation and the data from the examinations, a procedural decision will be made in accordance with the law.
