According to the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Osh Region, this incident has been recorded, and a preliminary investigation is currently underway.
During the investigation, it was revealed that on the same day, a conflict occurred at the "Turatali" market in Kara-Suu between T. M., born in 1990, and M. I., born in 2004, over a parking space, which escalated into a fight.
Both parties involved in the conflict have filed statements with the Kara-Suu District Department of Internal Affairs. Necessary examinations are currently being conducted, witnesses are being interviewed, and evidence related to this incident is being collected.
Upon completion of the investigation and based on the results of the examinations, an appropriate procedural decision will be made.
