On December 16, the Ak-Suu district internal affairs department received information from a local resident about the possible storage of illegal firearms in one of the houses.
This case was recorded in the message registration book of the Ak-Suu ROVD, and based on this, a criminal case was initiated under part 2 of article 267 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the illegal circulation of weapons and ammunition.
During the investigative actions, the identity of the suspect was established; he turned out to be a 35-year-old citizen T. N., residing in the village of Ak-Suu.
An inspection was conducted at the suspect's residence, during which a plastic container with a greenish substance, smelling of alcohol and weighing approximately 400 grams, was found in the utility room. A glass container with a brown liquid, smelling of wild-growing hemp, weighing 670 grams, was also discovered. These substances were seized as evidence.
In addition, in a container under the sofa, near the livestock barn, the police found a polyethylene bag with a brown narcotic substance, also having a specific odor, weighing about 110 grams. At the time of the search, no firearms were found.
Currently, forensic examinations have been appointed for the seized materials, and investigative actions are ongoing.
