According to him, the roots were brought from Uzbekistan
In the Chuy region, in the village of Lenin, about 850 kilograms of endive roots were discovered with a local resident, as reported by the Ministry of Natural Resources.
The agency clarified that information about the storage of this plant came from local residents. As a result of the inspection, environmental and technical service inspectors found 30 bags of endive roots.
The person responsible for the incident claims that he brought the plant from Uzbekistan.
It should be noted that endive (macrothamia) is valued in traditional medicine for its antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties.
It is important to emphasize that the collection of endive in Kyrgyzstan is prohibited until January 1, 2027.
