In the footage from the video camera, the bus driver, finding himself in a difficult position, began to honk and stopped behind the passenger car. In response, the driver of the passenger car entered the bus and attacked the public transport driver, presumably believing that he was trying to damage his vehicle.
According to information from the Internal Affairs Department of the Sverdlovsk District, a report was registered regarding this incident. The driver of the passenger car, born in 1994, known as A. K., was detained for further investigation. Following the review, the case materials were sent to the Public Safety Service, where a protocol for petty hooliganism was drawn up against the man in accordance with Article 126 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The Sverdlovsk District Court issued a decision to impose administrative arrest on A. K. for a period of five days.
The Internal Affairs Department of the Sverdlovsk District strongly recommends that drivers resolve road conflicts legally and avoid displays of aggression.
