According to information from the police, a 29-year-old citizen named A.K. was taken to the Investigative Service of the Internal Affairs Department. After conducting a preliminary investigation, the case materials were transferred to the Public Security Service, where a protocol was drawn up against the man under Article 126 "Petty Hooliganism" of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result, the Sverdlovsk District Court decided to arrest this citizen for five days.
In the Internal Affairs Department of the Sverdlovsk district, it was emphasized that all road disputes should be resolved exclusively within the framework of the law and that manifestations of aggression and illegal actions should be avoided.
