According to the press service of the Traffic Safety Department, the incident happened on December 12 at approximately 5:00 PM on the 15th kilometer of the Bishkek - Osh highway. The driver of a "Mercedes Benz," while leaving the car market and violating traffic rules, was making a U-turn towards the capital when it was struck by a "Hyundai Palisade."
As a result of the collision, the driver and passenger of the "Mercedes" died. The driver and passenger of the "Hyundai" sustained various injuries and were urgently hospitalized at the Sokuluk District Hospital.
