The victim's wife told the blog "Bespredel.kg" that the day before, there was a conflict between her husband and the parking attendant working at the Kara-Suu market. As a result of this incident, the parking attendant struck her husband several times on the head with a kitchen knife and cut his face.
According to her, the man was urgently taken to the trauma center with severe bleeding.

The woman expressed dissatisfaction that after the interrogation, the suspect was released. "We contacted the police, but I don't understand why a person who used a cold weapon was not kept in custody until all the circumstances were clarified," she noted.
She also mentioned that later another man approached her husband in the presence of police officers and began to threaten him because of the police report. This man claimed that the incident was fabricated and that nothing happened. However, law enforcement officials did not respond to the threats.
