It became known that on February 13, 2026, at 12:16, a report was received at the Moscow district police department stating that the body of a woman had been found in one of the houses on Krupskaya Street in the village of Belovodskoye.

At the scene, the investigative team discovered the body of citizen Z.L., born in 1960, on a sofa in the western part of the house, which was covered with a light frame structure. Upon examination of the body, multiple injuries were found in the neck, face, and back of the head.
It was established that the deceased lived together with citizen M.R., born in 1982, and his two children. According to preliminary data, the day before the incident, they had been consuming alcoholic beverages, and during a conflict that arose, M.R. struck the woman, leading to her death.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 122 ("Murder") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The suspect has been detained in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and placed in a temporary detention facility. Necessary forensic examinations have been appointed.
The investigation is ongoing.
