An incident occurred in the Chui region, resulting in the detention of a suspect in a murder case.
According to information provided by the regional police department, on March 22, the police received a report that a body had been discovered at the "Yuzhnaya" dacha, located in the southern part of Kara-Balta. During the examination of the crime scene, at a depth of 15-20 cm from the inner side of the fence, law enforcement officers found the body of a man, who was identified as B.N., born in 1993.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 122 ("Murder") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The investigation established that on March 19, the suspect met with three men with whom they jointly used drugs. As a result of a conflict that arose between them, a fight broke out. Two participants in the incident managed to escape, while D.R. remained with B.N., beat him, and took him to the dacha by taxi. At that location, he continued the beating, resulting in the victim's death from the injuries sustained.
To conceal the traces of the crime, the suspect buried the body on the dacha's territory and scattered the victim's personal belongings and clothing in various places.
It was also revealed that D.R. has been under the care of a psychiatrist since 2014.
The investigation is ongoing.
