The incident was recorded on March 16, 2026, when information was received at the Internal Affairs Department of the Moscow district that the body of a man with signs of violent death had been found in the yard of a house in the village of Sadovoe. Immediately after this, an investigative operational group was dispatched to the scene.
During the inspection, it became known that a citizen S.S., born in 1988, resides in this house. In the yard, the body of P.O., born in 1993, was discovered, who was a resident of the city of Kara-Balta and also showed signs of violent death.
The body of the deceased was sent to the morgue for forensic examinations.
A criminal case has been initiated regarding this incident under Article 122 (murder) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During the investigation, it was revealed that on March 14, 2026, S.S.'s acquaintance P.O. came to visit him. On the night of March 15 to 16, 2026, during a joint drinking session, a conflict arose between them, which led to S.S. stabbing P.O. in the neck with a kitchen knife, causing a fatal injury. After that, he carried the body to the yard.
The suspect S.S., born in 1988, was detained in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and placed in a temporary detention facility.
