The incident occurred on March 22, when information was received at the Internal Affairs Department of the Jayil District about the discovery of a man's body on a dacha plot called "Yuzhnaya" in Kara-Balta. His body was buried at a depth of 15-20 cm.
Upon arrival at the scene, police officers identified the deceased. He turned out to be 30-year-old B.N., born in 1993.
This case was registered under Article 122 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning murder.
The investigation established that on March 19, B.N. met three men, one of whom was his murderer. After using drugs together, a quarrel broke out, which escalated into a fight. Two participants in the conflict left the scene, while one of the men, who was later detained, beat B.N. and continued the beating at his dacha after they both got into a taxi. As a result of the beating, B.N. died. To conceal the crime, the suspect buried the body on the plot and scattered the victim's clothing.
The suspect in this crime, 35-year-old D.R., born in 1988, was detained. According to law enforcement agencies, he has been registered with a psychiatrist since 2014.
D.R. has been placed in a temporary detention facility, and investigative actions are ongoing.
