A signal to the police was received from a resident of Bishkek, who reported suspicious activity in a house on Matyiev Street. According to him, girls in this premises were using narcotic substances provided by their acquaintance. He mentioned that his niece was there and reported receiving drugs.
During the inspection, it was found that there were signs of various drugs being used in the specified house, which was confirmed by a medical examination. Facts indicating the incitement to drug use were also discovered.
This incident was registered under Article 287 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, which concerns the incitement to the use of narcotic substances, psychotropic substances, as well as their advertising and public calls for use.
The suspect, K.Z., born in 1992, was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility. An investigation is underway.
