
Operational data regarding the possible involvement of several local residents in illegal hunting were received by the police and registered. In this regard, a criminal case was initiated under Article 310 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During the investigation, officers of the tourist-ecological police conducted an urgent search at the home of a resident of the village of Tamga, born in 1967, named L. V. As a result of the search, a substance with a characteristic smell of cannabis, resembling dried leaves, was found in a wooden box and plastic bags. The seized substance has a total weight of 3 kilograms and 695 grams and has become material evidence.
A forensic chemical examination confirmed that the substance seized from L. V. is marijuana.
In addition to this, during a search of the home of a resident of the village of Barskoon, born in 1975, named K. R., illegally stored rifled firearms of the TOZ-8 model were found.
