According to police information, on February 11, the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Issyk-Ata district received information about possible storage and distribution of drugs in one of the houses in the village of Novopokrovka. The investigative-operational group immediately responded to this information.

As a result of the operational activities, the information was confirmed. Around 1:30 PM, police officers detained a young man who raised suspicions. During a personal search, a white powdery substance with a characteristic odor was found on him, packaged in wraps and taped with duct tape.
The detained individual was identified as K.B., born in 2007. Ten bricks containing the specified substance were seized from him. A forensic chemical examination confirmed that the seized substance is the psychotropic drug a-PVP.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 282 (illegal production of drugs, psychotropic substances, and their analogs for the purpose of sale) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the suspect has been placed in a temporary detention facility. Currently, investigative actions are ongoing to clarify all circumstances of the case and possible accomplices.
