The publications that attracted the attention of law enforcement agencies concerned the closure of private driving schools in Kyrgyzstan. Social media users actively commented on these posts, with their comments containing calls that could lead to mass unrest and destabilization of the public situation.
The investigative service has opened a criminal case under articles related to mass riots, calls for disobedience to lawful demands of the authorities, as well as calls for violence against citizens, in accordance with the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Currently, investigative actions and checks are ongoing. We remind you that as part of the reform, all private driving school licenses have been revoked until August 2026, and driving instruction is only permitted in state driving schools.
